The butterfly measures about 61/2″ x 6 1/2″.
I crafted this gorgeous butterfly symbol of transformation using the copper foil method, and lead free silver solder. I used pretty streaky orange and soft sparkly textured amber stained glass for the wings. Silver coated copper wire adds special details. This warm sunny butterfly brings hope and happiness, and soft glowing light to any room in your home. Simply hang or stand the butterfly in a window, or on a table with an LED light beneath the wings. the butterflies look lovely clinging to the outside of a table lampshade as well.
I love my butterflies, one of the few critters I can get really fanciful with, and make of whatever whimsical colour I please! If you have a special butterfly in mind just ask when you order. I make many of my butterflies out of fine, specialty glass that is unique to each particular butterfly. Each one is lovingly designed and handcrafted.
This little gem can be hung like a mobile from a fan so little children can enjoy it as well as adults, or hung in a window to show off the beautiful colour in the wings. The legs allow you to tilt the butterfly so the wings catch the sun and cast rainbows of colour all day long.
