Description

This beautiful entirely handmade stained glass model boat features two shades of aqua blue streaky glass sails made using the copper foil method and came for the deck and mast. The deck is made from medium blue water glass, which makes the boat look like it is in water. It is a scale model of my own design, and detail has been added using copper wire. I have cut and soldered a steering wheel/helm, boom, strut, cables, ties, rope coils, portholes for the cabin, and hatches. This amazing boat could beautify your sea themed room, be a special anniversary gift for the loved one in your life, or a housewarming gift for a sailor or sailing inclined special person.

DIMENSIONS
The glass model boat is about 11″ tall, by 8″ long, by 4″ wide.

This piece can be made to order, using any colour glass, or check out my other boats for something in a different model. I make trawlers, sloops, and gaff riggers. I have also made really large schooners, but only by special order.

Please note that shipping is by air small packet, and takes about 6 to 10 days for most places, once I have built the piece. The completion process can take anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks, depending on how many other orders I am working on, so please let me know right away if you need this piece quickly.
