Tree of life made from streaky aqua lime glass

I make these trees from hand cut stained glass and a lovely tree of life in silver coated copper wire that I have twisted, wrapped and soldered onto the stained glass. I sculpt the wire until the tree trunk and branches seem poised to move. I make this style of tree as a meditation piece for the client.   I loved trees even as a tiny child and somewhere on Bowen Island is a summer camp cabin with a door covered in the drawing I base this tree on.  Each break in camp festivities, I would draw a little more, to comfort myself while among these strangers, who would become friends through this process.
